DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

-We aim to deliver all home delivery orders to UK mainland addresses within 14 to 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order

-We aim to ship orders for non-embroidered items within a couple of days depending on stock levels.

-Back to school orders placed for free school delivery before 21st the June will be delivered to school before the end of the summer term in July or when the school reopens, orders after this date will be delivered in the new term in September or there is the option of paying for pay for home delivery.

-Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

-We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period, or you may cancel the order. Sportswear and branded items may take longer depending on stock availability.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
